The staff at this location is absolutely amazing. We stayed here twice on our trip under different circumstances, planned and after a flight cancellation. We came in late and the manager on staff was so unbelievably helpful when we showed up without a reservation. The restaurant staff was helpful and we loved the meals we had there. The team at Silo is truly the best and I hope we get to stay here again in the future.
Really awesome stay, the hotel and staff were fantastic, and the location was perfect. Room was spacious and lovely, and the restaurant dinner was fantastic. Great for families, it's right next to Riverbend park, which is one of the best playgrounds we've ever seen! Our family wished we could stay for longer
The room was fascinating being roundish as part of the silo, but was also very humid. I was unable to leave my balcony door open as I was near the air-conditioning units. The restaurant service was quite chaotic but eventually I got my meal and it was delicious. The staff were constantly apologising for the delay.
Excellent hotel. We stayed in a river view deluxe room on 7th floor. Very comfortable and well presented. The restaurant is also very good. Service was outstanding at dinner and breakfast and the food was fabulous. Would define stay here again. Overall very impressed!
It's worth a stay. Our room was large, somewhat sparse, and with a view of the car park. The round rooms overlooking the river might be better. Restaurant is good. Bar is also worth a visit as one can sit outside and look at the surrounding views of the river and hills.
Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The staff were helpful from the time of making the booking right through to our stay. Very nice to go away during the day and come back to everything refreshed. All the staff we encountered were friendly, kind & courteous.
Very much a silo decoration but the room has a lot of lights so won't be very dark. Our room faced to the river so making the whole stay very nice with fresh air and sunshine. Nearby has a nice park and walking path. Suitable for an early morning jog or after dinner walk. If you had no idea what to eat in the morning, there is a Cafe (~5mins walk)

Thais was a wonderful place to stay this staff was very helpful. They worked very hard to accommodate us when our flight was canceled. The best hotel employees we have had on our 10 day trip through Australia. Thanks for all your help and efforts
